Cucs and Cheese

1 wedge Laughing Cow Creamy Mozzarella Sun-Dried Tomato and Basil
1/4 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1-2 grape tomatoes, cut into small wedges

Spread the Laughing Cow cheese on the sliced cucumber and garnish with grape tomato wedge. Enjoy!  Makes 1 serving.

Nutrition facts per serving: 41 calories, 2 grams protein, 1.5 grams fat, 2 grams carbohydrate, 191 mg sodium.
