Breakfast Cookie Smoothie
¼ cup strong brewed coffee
1/8 cup raisins
½ banana frozen (peel before freezing)
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1 cup milk, skim
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (Matrix 2.0)
1 tsp flax seeds
3-4 ice cubes
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
