Breakfast Cookie Smoothie

¼ cup strong brewed coffee
1/8 cup raisins
½ banana frozen (peel before freezing)
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1 cup milk, skim
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (Matrix 2.0)
1 tsp flax seeds
3-4 ice cubes

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.

Nutrition information per serving: 178 calories, 17 grams protein, 2 grams fat, 25 grams carbohydrate, 94 mg sodium.
