Summer Salads

Salads are a great way to go in the summer heat. Add a variety of fresh vegetables and fruits, a healthy protein source (chicken breast, salmon, tuna, cottage cheese, or shrimp), go light or without cheese, and choose a light no-added-sugar dressing.
