Stress Awareness Month – Eat Healthy

Eat a healthy diet. Although reaching for high-fat, high-sugar foods can provide a temporary sense of relief, it is short lived. Better to consume a healthy diet that helps combat stress over the long haul.

 

Minimize stress by changing how you choose to respond to it. Balance your life with time for eating right, exercise, work, relationships, relaxation, and fun.
