It Worked for Me

I have a treadmill and like to walk, but I find that I get bored after a few minutes and start to think about all of the other things that I should be doing. I started to watch an “on demand” TV series and soon I was spending more time on the treadmill with the series to occupy my mind. I’ve been able to walk for 50 minutes (the length of the show) 5 x a week since starting this. I’m feeling more fit and more relaxed.
