Dr. Vincent DiNick* is a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with over 18 years of surgical experience and over 12 years experience performing reconstructive and body re-contouring procedures for post-bariatric patients. He has additional training and holds advanced qualifications in hand surgery, microsurgery, facial reconstruction, craniofacial surgery and aesthetic surgery. He serves as a reconstructive surgeon at Forest Health Medical Center in southeast Michigan.
Dr. DiNick received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and his Doctorate in Medicine at Boston University in Massachusetts. Following that, he completed residencies fully accredited by the American Board of Medical Specialties in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and Anesthesiology. Further academic pursuits include fellowship training in facial reconstruction and facial aesthetic surgery at Northwestern University in Chicago and skull base/craniofacial surgery at Providence Hospital in Southfield Michigan, under the direction of Dr. Ian T. Jackson, world-renowned for his accomplishments in the field of craniofacial surgery.
Dr. DiNick is certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is licensed in the state of Michigan, where his practice at Barix focuses solely on reconstructive and body re-contouring procedures for post-bariatric surgery patients.
