What to Expect from your Virtual Consultation
Here’s what will happen after your appointment is scheduled:
- Before your call, complete the online health history form included in the appointment confirmation email from Barix and follow the instructions to submit it at least 24 hours before your appointment
- Watch for a separate email with the login details for the appointment. You will receive this from the surgeon’s office shortly before the appointment time.
- “Attend” your appointment. Your surgeon will explain the basics of bariatric surgery, get to know you, answer your question, recommend the procedure he thinks is best for you based on your history and goals, and talk about next steps.
